When I first was licensed ten years ago in 2008 we were at the beginning of the most difficult real estate market anyone had experienced…short sales, foreclosures, job losses/layoffs, etc. It was positively emotionally exhausting, labor-intensive, time-consuming yet insanely rewarding helping people during the most tragic financial times most had ever experienced.
