I was born in California but my family settled in Tempe when I was 2 months old, so I’m calling that “an Arizona Native.” I graduated from ASU with a degree in Intercultural Communication and I still live in Tempe with my husband and 3 kids.
Though not fast, I enjoy running and have completed several full and half-marathons. Many of my races have been with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program, where I coached and mentored other runners.
After spending a few years in Economic Development and Corporate Relocation, my career in Real Estate began in 1998. I realized that the process of buying or selling a home is in many ways the same as training and participating in an endurance event (like a marathon). They both involve obstacles, challenges, successes and sometimes not successes, and a finish line somewhere off in the distance. Both involve the full spectrum of human emotions. There’s nothing more rewarding than coaching someone across that finish line, whether it’s for a race medal or a new home.
In my off time, I enjoy traveling, spending time in the mountains or at the beach, hiking and just hanging with my family.
